Loop Culture is a TikTok LIVE creator agency focused on creator support, coaching, community, and advocacy. We provide our services with the goal of helping creators improve their LIVE performance and navigate issues that may arise while using TikTok LIVE.
Loop Culture is not owned, operated, or controlled by TikTok. We are an independent creator agency and community.
You must meet the applicable age, eligibility, and account requirements of TikTok and any other platform you use in connection with Loop Culture.
Loop Culture may decline or end membership where we believe participation would violate applicable laws, platform rules, or these Terms.
Loop Culture membership is provided without a membership fee and without taking a percentage of your TikTok LIVE earnings.
Loop Culture may establish reasonable community standards or participation requirements to maintain a safe and productive creator community.
You are responsible for your own content, TikTok account, LIVE activity, and interactions with viewers.
Loop Culture may provide coaching, feedback, strategy recommendations, LIVE support, community resources, and other creator assistance.
Coaching and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee that any particular strategy will result in increased gifts, followers, views, revenue, account growth, or other results.
Creators remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any advice provided by Loop Culture.
Loop Culture may assist creators with documenting and communicating issues involving TikTok account restrictions, LIVE restrictions, suspensions, or bans.
Our assistance may include helping document relevant information, preparing an appeal, or providing guidance on available processes. However, Loop Culture does not control TikTok’s enforcement decisions and cannot guarantee that an account restriction, suspension, or ban will be reversed.
We do not guarantee a particular outcome from any appeal or support request.
Loop Culture’s website, branding, logos, graphics, text, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Loop Culture unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Loop Culture materials without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create and publish. By providing content, testimonials, feedback, usernames, screenshots, or other materials to Loop Culture, you grant us permission to use them as reasonably necessary to provide our services and operate the Loop Culture community.

There is no long-term membership contract. Creators may leave Loop Culture at any time by contacting us.
Loop Culture may also suspend or terminate a creator’s participation when necessary, including for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, platform policies, community standards, or conduct that threatens the safety or integrity of the community.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Loop Culture provides its website and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
